The aim of this project is to learn how we can create an online environment: education laboratory with communication tools: web forum, chat, e-mail, BBS; presentation, materials, group. The products that have been developed are working and communicating in a collaborative way using a hypermedia data base containing all the documents regarding the project including online tools for on distance voting. This project developed new aspects of a methodology based on an online environment where teachers and students/learners work together sharing their experiences.
